70s today, and. I am excited. Cars & Coffee is back to life! It was ruined by assholes - the ones too rich to drive Mustangs. Burnouts by high horsepower Porsches and brand new Corvettes wrecked it for everyone. It was a great location, and they ruined it. Since then, we have not had a reliable C&C. But it looks like a new one popped up.

My son has a drumline competition the night before, and my wife is the chief kid-wrangler for these events, so they won’t be home before midnight.  They won’t be joining me due to their late nght, but Toby will go with me.

I’m surprised that a fairly large city like Fresno doesn’t have at least a couple Cars and Coffee going on.

Nashville only has one somehow. I think an off shoot needs to be made though. The Mustangs, Camaros, and Subaru’s are awful.

You should see how bad it is in Seattle. There’s an event at “The Shop” (an expensive garage rental for affluent hipsters), another on the eastside with strict entry requirements, meant for techbros and new arrival money launderer devilspawn to show off, and one in the city that doesn’t apparently get going until May. Nothing else that is actually organized with any publicity. Seattle has a cold rep anyway, and it is reflected in automotive culture.

When my grandfather got another dog, I was in the back bench of a Dakota with it. My mother was driving and my grandfather was in the passenger seat.

I got very well acquainted with her, and I think she liked me more than my grandfather.
